Official for real this time

Oops. Apparently the stuff I signed last week was NOT the lease, and so I had been operating under false pretenses since then. Fortunately, my application has since been approved and today I really did sign the lease. So now I can't back out, lest I still pay them gobs of cash for no good reason.
