Three hours and not even a kaboom

So I got to stand outside for three hours this morning due to a threat to my facility (PDF). The linked article is the only decent story I could find, as everyone else is using a highly inaccurate and non-detailed AP story. But even this article has inaccuracies. Though it's not my place to clear up those inaccuracies here. Either way, standing outside waiting for a nearly-1-mile-long building to be inspected is not exactly something you plan for when you get up in the morning, so it pretty much killed productivity for the day.
