For I think the first time since their tournament back in March, Darby's softball team won a game. And it was a legitimate, hard-played win, too. They were ahead 3-0, the other team scored two, but the final score was 4-2 as Darby's team managed to hold back their opponents' rally. Darby had a hit and a run scored, along with a ground out.
A note for the calendar, their Friday game was moved to Wednesday because a lot of people will be going out of town for the holiday weekend.
