Stress relief

Today was a team building day at work. I participated in the bike riding activity in the morning before lunch. We rode six or seven miles. It was the first ride of the year for me. Kind of getting a late start this year. Usually I've got several rides in by now.

Just before lunch we had a presentation about stress. The presenter explained the causes of stress and demonstrated some exercises to relieve stress. One of those exercises I think she called progressive relaxation, involving the tightening and relaxing of the different muscle groups starting form the extremeties and going inward. At one point she told us, "squeeze your butt, then relax". That got an interesting reaction as you might imagine.

So, the lesson of the day is: squeezing your butt relieves stress. My question is, do you have to squeeze your own butt to relieve stress, or can you have someone else squeeze it for you? Or can you ask someone else if you can squeeze their butt because you're stressed out?

I can see it now...

"What are you two doing in there?"

"Relieving stress!"
