Picked up the kids this afternoon for a family father's day lunch, though my own father had to work.

Shelby wasn't feeling well from the moment I picked her up and she hardly ate, so we went home and took a nap after lunch. Turns out she had a 102 degree fever, so I gave her some children's motrin before her nap.

After naps, I had planned for us to see a movie, though wouldn't it figure that there was no sign of the morning's dreary weather. We went to the dollar theater to catch the already out of first run theaters New York Minute. The girls are big Olsen fans, and they really liked this one.

Afterwards, we got some dinner and then went to say bye to my dad and his family who are heading to Arizona for a couple of weeks of vacation.
