After the conference events for Wednesday, Nokia thew a kicking party at the New Orleans House of Blues for attendees. That place rocked. There were two blues bands in two different rooms, a tatoo artist, a palm reader, a tarot card reader, and a guy rolling cigars right there and handing them out for free. There was free drinks and food galore, and the place was packed. All in all, they really put on a good show.
Afterwards, the folks I was hanging with were eager to move the party to Bourbon Street. I went along, and while I had a good time, I also ended up participating in various forms of unmentionable corrupt behavior.
I tried again to work on my posts when I got back to the room (man did I smell like cigars from all the folks smoking at the HOB), but my major freaking laptop problems continued.
