When it rains

It most certainly pours.

It rained today, in fact.

And my umbrella is AWOL.

And I had a meeting (to learn about C.R.U.D.) in a far away building with far away parking, but plenty of rain and puddles to entertain me along the way.

And it was sunny out when my meeting was over.

And I'm in trouble at work. I told you I didn't earn that bonus (but don't ask for it back... 55% went to taxes, and the rest paid off my sewer-line induced debt).

And I ate lunch at my desk because I'm really really trying to catch up. But I had another meeting to go to before I could make measurable headway.

And, speaking of taxes, I'm "done" with mine, but haven't clicked "file" yet because I feel like I'm missing something.

And I'm running out of time.

And I'm done with my mom's taxes, but she owes money and I haven't told her yet.

And I'm still running out of time.

And I'm NOT done with my dad's taxes yet.

And that whole time thing? Still getting away from me.

And after three days of appropriately easter-egg sized anti-biotic pills, I am still not bloody hearing out of my left ear.

And I'm only hearing 25% of what anybody tells me (since I usually only hear half).

And if anybody was wondering, I "prefer to self-identify as Caucasian".

And no, not really. There's a story there, but I'm not sure I'm going to get into it.

And I ran an 11:25 mile today, so there's some slight improvement, not that it hasn't been outweighed by CRUD and the like.

Help, help, I'm being repressed.

Update
In case you don't believe me about the size of my pills. Now you can gawk at my large pills.
