Last night the girls and I did Christmas with my side of the family. The girls got lots of... noisy stuff. Stuff of note includes a camera, boombox, and planetarium thingy for Darby, and a very large keyboard, air playing drumsticks (I don't know how else to say it), and dollhouse stuff for Shelby.
Personally, I was able to strike 3 items from the wishlist, in particular, the latest Sony DVD burner). I am very thankful for the unexpected treat.
Afterward I took the girls to their mother's, as they will do Christmas morning there and then go to their step-father's parents for yet more gift giving, followed by Christmas evening at their grandmothers, before coming back home to open presents at home.
