I make a habit of scanning school papers and drawings into the computer and emailing them to the girls' mother so that she's in the loop on everything. The girls are used to this, but I'm pretty sure they don't entirely understand what's happening when I do that.
Shelby has a Christmas ornament she made at school last week that she wants to take to her mothers to put on her tree. She forgot to do so last weekend, though. So she comes up to me a minute ago and asks if I could email the ornament to her mother... thought that was kinda funny.
