I can't believe it didn't make the list

In my previous droolings over Time.com's coolest inventions, I failed to notice that THE coolest invention I'd seen in awhile didn't make the list. I read about it just a week before in the latest issue of popsci, which covers the "Top 100 Tech Innovations of 2003". Check it out.
